A Typical Day in the Role

Morning: Strategy and Planning

The day starts with reviewing ongoing marketing campaigns and setting priorities. At bMindful, the focus is on ethical and impactful marketing that resonates with our audience. Whether it’s brainstorming new outreach strategies, analysing engagement metrics, or planning content creation, mornings are all about setting the foundation for a productive day.

Mid-Morning: Content Creation and Engagement

Content plays a crucial role in our marketing efforts. A typical morning might include writing blog posts about trauma-informed practice, crafting compelling social media updates, or that planning campaigns to educate families and professionals about mental health. Ensuring content is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our mission is a top priority.

Lunchtime: Networking and Industry Insights

Staying ahead in the mental health and marketing space requires continuous learning. This time might be spent researching trends in child and adolescent mental health, attending webinars, or networking with key stakeholders, such as schools, social care organisations, and mental health professionals.

Afternoon: Marketing Strategy and Execution

This is where strategy turns into action. As a Marketing Manager at bMindful Psychology, responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they are professional, inclusive, and aligned with our mission.

  • Managing our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email newsletters.

  • Developing, maintaining, analysing, and monitoring key performance indicators to assess marketing initiatives.

  • Identifying positive return on investment to shape future strategy and activities.

  • Supporting and developing a marketing growth strategy to expand services and reach new clients.

  • Building partnerships with schools, social care organizations, and local authorities to increase awareness of our services.

  • Conducting market analysis to stay informed on trends in child and adolescent mental health, ensuring bMindful remains competitive and relevant.

Evening: Reflection and Future Planning

Before wrapping up for the day, there’s time to reflect on campaign performance, respond to online inquiries, and engage with our digital community. Whether its planning future projects, adjusting strategies based on insights, or brainstorming new ways to enhance engagement, evenings are about preparing for continuous improvement.
