Our approach moves beyond viewing the athlete in isolation, recognising that both success and wellbeing are shaped by the broader performance environment. Specifically, we emphasise the importance of creating psychologically informed environments (PIE’s) that prioritise psychological safety, foster empowerment, and are underpinned by evidence-based coaching frameworks. By acknowledging the dynamic interaction between the individual, their team, and the surrounding culture, we aim to support environments that optimise both performance outcomes and long-term mental wellbeing.

We use a tiered model of support, from one-to-one sessions with athletes, to team-based interventions, and whole-club cultural development. Our psychologists are experienced in supporting rehabilitation, promoting positive coaching practices, and helping organisations embed mental wellbeing into their sporting environments.

We also know that every athlete is different. That’s why our approach celebrates individuality, embraces neurodiversity, and equips athletes and those around them with strategies that fit their unique strengths and challenges.
