Learning & Development

We truly believe that working with children and young people is a skilled profession, and requires the highest levels of training and professional development. 

 

Our experience in the specialist education sector has taught us that training is not all classroom based, and so we have a combination of face-to-face training, online courses, on-the-job training, and continuous supervision and development.
